It's been ridiculously hot here in Perth of late- and if the water authority here says ONE MORE TIME that I only need to water the garden twice a week, I'm going to scream. In this heat you water it everyday or the plants DIE. I have roses and it's a rental. Watering only twice a week gets me in trouble.
