I think we've all done this. You have more than two instant messenger or some other chat program windows open and you get them confused. A certain sentence from Puff on ICQ sometime back is etched in my mind- fortunately it wasn't about me because what she said was somewhat uncharitable shall we say. I've come to the conclusion that sensitive information is kept off the internet whenever possible.
