4th August 2006- TV Has Forsaken Me
But I will forgive it, for it knows not what it does.
I suppose it is an extension of an earlier conversation. Sometimes you just want to hear what you want to hear. It is not always forthcoming.
The weekend is nearly upon us once again, and I'm planning to spend it asleep as much as possible. The knife in my back appears to have grown in strength of late and the only time things aren't going wrong in the World of Nifty at the moment is when I am unconscious, but that in itself presents mysteries as I am having some of the oddest dreams recently, including one where I'm sitting in a car singing Tom Petty's song Freefalling with the guy who wrote Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I'm not even going to TRY and analyse that one.
Raz is officially out of his cast and fully mobile in the digits, for the record. The betting pool for what gets broken next and when are open. Minimum bet $5, the prize for the trifector of what, when, and why looks pretty damn big.
